Today is my WW weigh in day. I restarted WW on line 2/12/13 weighing in at 163.5. My weight today is 161.5. So I am down -2. I am satisfied. One pound per week. I have stayed on point and it hasn't been hard. Yesterday and today I actually did not use all my points. I wasn't hungry. But I just couldn't find anything that I wanted to eat to use all my points. I was short 7 pts yesterday and 3 today.
I went to my Yoga class on Monday night. But didn't make it tonight because of stomach issues. I started going to yoga in October. I normally go two times a week. I can tell a difference in my body. My arms are becoming more defined and my legs are getting toner. I love the Monday night class. It is a great stress reliever. I am sorry I missed it tonight. I am going to try and make it on Friday.
I hope to start posting pictures soon. I have got to figure out how on this new phone. I wanted to be able to blog from my phone but I get the message that my carrier [Sprint]
isn't set up for this. So I need to check that out.
